Light Enclosed Track Rails are designed for lightweight material movement in modern industrial work environments where ergonomic handling and efficient load travel are important. The system is available in capacities from 125 kg to 2 Ton and uses a modular enclosed cold-rolled track profile.
The enclosed track design provides a compact and organized material-handling path while ultra-low rolling friction supports smooth movement along the track. Articulated hangers are incorporated to help minimize track binding and provide flexible movement through the system.
The product is particularly suited to automotive assembly lines and ergonomic lean manufacturing work cells. In these environments, operators may need to repeatedly move tools, components or other loads between nearby workstations without installing a large overhead crane system.
