Product Overview
Pillar & Wall Jib Cranes are designed to provide localized lifting and load movement around individual workstations, machines and production areas. The system is available in capacities from 250 kg to 5 Ton and provides a slewing range from 180� to 360�, allowing loads to be moved efficiently within a defined working area.
The cranes can be configured with either manual or motorized rotation depending on the operational requirements. Pillar-mounted versions use a self-supporting base anchor plate, while wall-mounted versions utilize a wall bracket mounting arrangement. This flexibility allows the system to be adapted to different industrial layouts and available structural conditions.
Pillar and Wall Jib Cranes are particularly suitable where a complete overhead EOT crane is unnecessary and lifting is required only around a specific workstation or machine. Typical applications include workstation loading, lathe bays, milling bays and packing lines.
Their compact localized arrangement makes them useful for repetitive material-handling tasks in manufacturing and industrial environments. The crane can be selected according to the required capacity, reach, slewing range, lifting height and mounting arrangement.
