Product Overview
The Yalelift 360 is a Yale manual hand-chain hoist developed around flexible operator positioning and compact lifting. The supplied Yale brochure states a capacity range of 500 kg to 20,000 kg and describes the 360 rotating hand-chain guide as a key feature. This arrangement allows the operator to work from virtually any position, including confined spaces, above the load or from the side. The brochure also identifies horizontal pulling and tensioning as possible uses.
The hoist uses a robust stamped-steel housing, compact construction, an enclosed chain guide and gearbox, a precision-machined hardened load sheave and a Weston-type load-pressure brake. Zinc-plated or yellow-chromated alloy-steel load chains are matched to the load sprocket, while high-tensile forged hooks with safety latches can rotate 360.
The brochure provides seven principal capacities: 500 kg, 1,000 kg, 2,000 kg, 3,000 kg, 5,000 kg, 10,000 kg and 20,000 kg.
Options include overload protection, chain containers and corrosion-resistant MKS coating. ATEX versions are also available for the Yalelift family.
For the LoadX website, Yalelift 360 should be a featured Yale product because its 360 operating concept provides a strong product differentiator.
